1. Agreement

By using Forge Media's services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Forge Media provides website design, local SEO, and digital advertising management services for contractors and local businesses.

3. Payment

Services require upfront payment as agreed upon in your service agreement. Monthly retainer fees are due on the same date each month. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

4. Refund Policy

Forge Media offers a 30-day money back guarantee after all services are fully launched and active. Refunds will not be issued after the 30-day period.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS messages from Forge Media. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely responses to our team, and payment of ad spend directly to advertising platforms. Forge Media is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All websites and content created by Forge Media become the property of the client upon full payment. Forge Media retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Forge Media's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered. We are not responsible for loss of revenue, leads, or business resulting from advertising performance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate monthly services at any time. The client retains their website upon termination. Monthly maintenance and ads management will cease upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through informal negotiation, then arbitration in Texas.
